Median palatal suture are well separated.
So how does the separation in the maxillary jaw have a 3 dimentional position change in its relation with the skull? How might this separation affect the entire skull?
The separation of the maxillary jaw has been found to have a direct effect on the pterygoid plate, SOS and ST. In other words, the expansion of the maxillary sinuses acts as a force that can affect the entire skull. What should a dentist consider when expanding the maxillary sinuses?

MRI studies have shown that splint therapy in TMJ patients affects the structure and function of the brain. It can be thought that the separation of the maxillary sinuses affects the head more than effect of a splint treatment. This means that during splint treatment and maxillary dilation, skulls that can be facilitated will encounter movements.

The success rate of MARPE has nothing to do with sex, bicortical anchorage and MPS maturatio, but with one's age. So what are the factors that leads to your success? Wouldn't the twisted position of the upper and lower jaws of the skull have an impact?

Unlike the separation of the left and right ANS in the front, the differences in before and after in the PNS of the rear were greatly widened. What could be the reason for an asymmetrical result like this?

Then after the expansion of MARPE is the nasal volume expanding equally with balance.
